1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pacify Packaging website (pacifypackaging.com), requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Pacify Packaging manufactures fully custom packaging products including, but not limited to, rigid boxes, mailer boxes, folding cartons, food packaging, and specialty packaging.

All products are manufactured to the specifications provided by the client. We do not stock or sell off-the-shelf or generic packaging.

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided by Pacify Packaging are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written approval (sign-off) from the client and payment of the agreed deposit.

Changes to specifications after an order is confirmed may result in revised pricing or timelines.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other creative materials to Pacify Packaging, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use those materials and that their use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Pacify Packaging will not reproduce or distribute your artwork for any purpose other than manufacturing your order.

We reserve the right to photograph completed packaging for use in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

5. Samples and Prototypes

Physical samples and prototypes are produced at additional cost (quoted separately) and require client approval before mass production begins.

Approval of a physical sample constitutes confirmation that the specification, print, and finish meet the client's requirements. Mass production proceeds based on the approved sample.

Defects or specification issues identified after mass production begins — that were present and approved in the prototype — will not be grounds for rejection of the full order.

6. Production Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and begin only after full order confirmation, approved artwork, and receipt of the required deposit.

Pacify Packaging is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure events, or delays in client approvals or artwork submission.

7. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each individual quote. Standard terms require a deposit prior to production with the balance due prior to shipment.

Pacify Packaging reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment is received.

8. Quality and Returns

Every order undergoes quality inspection before shipment. We ship only packaging that meets the approved specifications.

Claims for defective or non-conforming goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.

We do not accept returns of custom-manufactured packaging except in cases where the products do not conform to the approved sample or written specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pacify Packaging's liability for any claim arising from the manufacture or supply of products shall be limited to the value of the affected order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or reputational harm.

10. Website Use

The content on pacifypackaging.com is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
